The Experience
Our intention is to create a space for you to experience the true essence of your inner Being and come hohm to yourself.

We are here to be with and guide you back into your body. This journey of releasing and transmuting what no longer serves allows the space for you to create yourself and your life from your authenticity.

We are consciously creating opportunities and space to allow for your own unique balance of going within, human connection, communion with nature, and solo exploration!

All of our offerings come with an open invitation without requirement. This immersion is about your own sacred experience and we are here to support you in whatever you choose to create!

Our Week Together
Our days will be set up as follows:
7:00am: Morning Embodiment & Workshop
9:00am: Breakfast
10:00am-1:00pm: Group Workshops
1:00pm: Lunch
2:00pm-6:00pm: Free Time

7:00pm: Evening Gathering

Embodiment
A morning practice to wake-up and get into the body.
(ex. breathwork, body scan, stretching, restorative yoga)

Group Workshops
Alternating between your experienced facilitators!

Free Time
Having down-time is important for both attendees and our facilitators who are serving from their fullest capacity.
This is the space for your solo/group offsite activities, nature adventures, beach time, and other magic!
This is also the time to book available private one-to-one sessions with your facilitators.

Evening Gathering
An evening check-in and sound ceremony intentionally created to integrate the day and support a greater harmony within.
​
Meals
Meals are offered at specific times as a group gathering.
Please note you always have the option to have your meal wrapped up if you plan to be out adventuring, or pass on a meal if you choose to take in a local restaurant!
Your Jungle Oasis:
Tierra de Suenos Lodge
In the southeast corner of Costa Rica you'll find Tierra de Suenos nestled into in the edge of the jungle, right across the road from the beach! In under five minutes you can walk from your dense jungle home-away-from-home to experience the vast expanse of the Caribbean Sea.

As an established leader in ecotourism, Tierra de Suenos is made up a collection of cozy bungalows dotted around in tropical gardens, with paths to each other as well as the central lodge, yoga deck, and gathering space.

The delicious and fresh meals are prepared onsite by local chefs with locally sourced ingredients.
Our immersion includes 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 7 dinners.
All meals are vegetarian, with an optional meat option at 4 dinners. Other dietary requirements can be accommodated, please enquire!
